Creeks meet under the tree fern canopy, vines twist upwards. The hill on the right hand side of this photo is protected, the left side is not. Clearfelling will cause massive siltation of the creeks, break open the canopy's light and threaten the rare species in the area.

Underneath the treeferns the creek gurgles along. The dense canopy blocks most light, creating a cool, damp environment.
